What If my parcel arrived damaged/Am I applicable for a refund?
If your parcel arrived damaged, We require a video of the FIRST opening of the parcel. Why? Due to new fraudulent behaviors, some people make items look damaged or defective before taking photos for the sake of receiving the items for free. This is a non negotiable policy that protects both parties.
However, If the video of the package shows clearly:
- A sealed package
- Customer opening for the first time
- Sealed goods have been damaged...
Then we issue a full refund. If there is no video of first opening and just images, then we will not issue a refund.
Do I need to return the damaged goods?
No.
To prevent unnecessary hassle, if the above-mentioned steps have been followed successfully, and the item(s) was indeed damaged, the customer does not need to return the products and can keep them.
