What If my parcel arrived damaged/Am I applicable for a refund?

If your parcel arrived damaged, We require a video of the FIRST opening of the parcel. Why? Due to new fraudulent behaviors, some people make items look damaged or defective before taking photos for the sake of receiving the items for free. This is a non negotiable policy that protects both parties.

However, If the video of the package shows clearly:

  1. A sealed package
  2. Customer opening for the first time
  3. Sealed goods have been damaged...

Then we issue a full refund. If there is no video of first opening and just images, then we will not issue a refund. There is also no refunds after the product has been received and client approval sent. If the product works upon arrival then the transaction is finished. 

 

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Wrong color chosen
  3. Wrong size chosen

If there are no product size measurements on certain items, it is at your own risk. We do not know every measurement of every product. 

 

Do I need to return the damaged goods?

No.

To prevent unnecessary hassle, if the above-mentioned steps have been followed successfully, and the item(s) was indeed damaged, the customer does not need to return the products and can keep them.
