Delivery and Shipping

How long will my order take?

We process stock orders every Friday, so orders placed on Saturday may experience a small delay. If your parcel is not ready within 2 fridays after ordering, we are obligated to issue you an immediate refund.  

Do you offer International delivery?

No, ITXP operates only to clients within South Africa

What if it arrives late?

If a parcel hasnt been delivered after 20 days± (depending on courier delay, however orders are all processed to the respective delivery company within 24 hours after Friday midday) we issue you a full refund immediately. 

What about customs, clearance fees, and courier?

There are no customs or import charges. 

Delivery fees are invoiced seperately after parcel has arrived and ready to be taken to courier. How Our Shipping Works:

When you place an order on our website, the shipping amount shown at checkout is a placeholder. 

This is because actual courier rates in South Africa depend on:

A) Parcel size

B) Parcel weight

C) Your delivery area

D) Your chosen shipping method (Pudo, PostNet, Courier Guy, etc.)

We only receive and pack your parcel once your items arrive from our suppliers, so the final courier cost can be calculated accurately and fairly. Your order will not be shipped until the final courier fee is settled. This method ensures that:

1. You only pay the true delivery cost

2. We avoid overcharging or undercharging customers

3. We can ship both small and large items fairly

Yes. Free pickup is available at:

Mountain View – Pretoria, Gauteng

Gezina – Pretoria, Gauteng

More pickup locations will be added as we grow.
