Shipping and Customs Policies

How long will my order take?

Due to high demand in products, we typically aim to have your parcel delivered within 7 days. But can take up to 15 days due to courier delays. 

We process stock every Friday, thus if an order is placed on Saturday there might be a small delay. 

What if it arrives late?

If a parcel is delivered after 18 days, each customer is eligible for a 30% discount code sent via email on day 26, on their next order to make the process more accommodating. Be sure to sign up for our email list to receive random coupon drops.

What about customs and clearance fees, or courier?

All our products are sourced locally. Therefore there is no customs related fees. Only other fees besides products are Delivery fees. Should your parcel be relatively bigger and require 3x the normal shipment, ITXP might cover the extra costs depending on order size. 

Do you offer pickup?

Yes. We have 2 official Pickup Locations. For SA customers, that will be:

Mountain View - Pretoria, Gauteng

Gezina - Pretoria, Gauteng

As we grow our pickup locations will expand. Pickup is 100% Free.
